Doves are animals that can be fed with different types of grains, such as corn, sorghum, wheat, dari (white sorghum), rice, oats, barley, beans, peas, vetch, lentils, carob, flax, beans, hemp, sunflower or rapeseed.
The mixture of all these grains is called mixed and can be purchased in stores or shops dedicated to animals or pets. The grains provide them with the fats, carbohydrates, and proteins they need.
As a rule, they usually consume about 35 grams of mixture per day. But when they are in the breeding season, they can eat more.

If we talk about the feeding of pigeons living in the wild, naturally, their diet varies according to the area in which they live. If they do so in the cities or towns, they usually feed on the leftover food they find, as it is challenging for them to have access to cereal grains.
